Registration Fee & Deadlines:
Must be registered & payment received by the deadline dates listed below to receive discounted entry fee.
Aug. 1-Nov 30, 2025:  $495
Dec 1, 2024-Jan 17, 2025:  $545
Any registration and payment received after Jan. 17, 2025:  $595

Roster Deadline:
Roster Deadline: Roster must be completed & verified in AES by Jan 24, 2025.  
Any roster changes done after 8am on Feb 1, 2025, will have a late/change roster fee of $50.  Fee must be paid at the time of the roster change.

Please note, all payments and registration must be received in order to obtain discounted fee.  Roster, payment and registration must be completed to be accepted into SOHO.
​Acceptance is first come first served for each division.  We will accept teams till each division is filled, all other teams will be placed on a waiting list.  When you have made the deadline for the discounted fee, please make sure your check reflects the correct amount, refunds will not be issued. ​
