TEAM CHECK-IN

TEAM CHECK-IN:
Please complete the process to check-in your team in Advanced Event Systems.  Your roster will not be eligible for team check-in till your team has been accepted. Remember to bring your housing form as well (link below).

Mandatory Check-in Credential Pick-up Times and location:

5:30 PM -7:30 PM

What You will receive at Credential Pick-Up:

• Coaches will receive ONLY 2 Coaches wristbands. (All coaches are required to have coaches' wristbands, which will allow them entry into the playing venue, and allows them on the team bench. Coaches without their wristband will be asked to leave the bench).
• Player Luggage Tags (This will allow players to entry into the playing venue.)

*Chaperones and team representatives must purchase a spectator wristband*

Please note the following about AES rosters:

• Any AES roster changes must be done prior to the beginning of play on Saturday 2/03/24 before 8am.
• Any AES roster changes done after 2/02/24, will have a late/change roster fee of $50.  This fee must be paid at the time of the change.
• All coaches and players on the roster must have an USAV #.
• All players must have jersey numbers.
• ​Please print your AES roster and have it with you.  
• Rosters will be checked by Referees at each Match on Sat and Sun.
